This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

  • Password (always stored encrypted).
  • Display name or alias.
  • Phone number.
  • Country.
  • Date of birth (to verify you are over 18 years old).
  • Profile picture.
  • Sports history (results, ratings, tournament participation).
  • IP address and browser user-agent.

4. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we rely on providers acting as processors or as independent controllers:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure hosting, with the processing region in the European Union.
  • Google Fonts — loading typefaces involves a connection that logs your IP address.
  • Google / YouTube — for broadcasting and streaming matches.
  • When an international transfer is unavoidable, it will be carried out with appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Data retention

We keep your personal data while your account remains active. After you close your account, we anonymize the personal data and keep the sports history in a dissociated form, so it can no longer be linked to an identified or identifiable person.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights over your data at any time:

  • Access to your personal data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of your data.
  • Objection to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Restriction of processing.

7. How to exercise your rights

8. Minimum age

The platform is intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
